Shows profile photos and bios on the public roster, manager view, and print cards. Roster admins and claimed player managers can edit player profile fields.
Roster Cards helps youth, school, town, and club teams share a clean mobile roster with families and fans.
Each team gets a simple roster page with player numbers, names, positions, optional profile photos, optional bios, a QR code, and an email sharing link. Managers can choose team colors, set a readable theme, import rosters, invite other roster managers, and create print-ready pocket cards for game day.
The public roster is intentionally quiet and fast. Account tools, roster management, player claims, and global admin tools stay on separate pages so the roster itself remains the focus.
Privacy
Roster Cards stores account information needed to run the service, including names, email addresses, login credentials, roster access, team settings, invite status, and basic page-hit metrics.
Roster managers control the information shown on their roster pages. Player photos, bios, and sub-info are optional and can be disabled for a roster.
Email addresses are used for account verification, login support, roster manager invites, and player manager invitations. Page-hit metrics are used to help roster managers and the global admin understand roster usage.
Roster Cards does not sell personal information. Access to management features is limited to logged-in users with the appropriate roster or site role.

Terms
Roster Cards is provided for teams to create, manage, share, and print roster information. Users are responsible for entering accurate information and for having permission to publish any player information, photos, or bios they add.
Roster managers may invite other trusted people to manage rosters or individual players. Do not use invites to grant access to someone who should not manage that roster or player.
The service may change over time as features are improved. Access may be limited, corrected, or removed if a roster is misused or if information needs to be protected.
Roster Cards is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Print exports should be reviewed before laminating or distributing at games.
